Abstract
Single-walled carbon nanotube films are fabricated from a homogeneous nanotube dispersion and a slow-evapn. technique. The transmittance and sheet resistance of the films are evaluated at room temp. Using nanotube films as conductive substrates for electrochem. deposition illustrates that these nanotube films can act as alternatives to indium tin oxide for optoelectronic applications.
