Sohyun Park was born and grew up in Masan, Korea. She obtained her B.Sc. in chemistry from Korea University (in Seoul, Korea) in 2017. She earned her Ph.D. degree in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Hyo Jae Yoon at Korea University. She studied thermoelectric properties of large-area molecular junctions based on self-assembled monolayers. After her Ph. D. graduation, Sohyun joined Prof. Swager’s lab as a Fulbright postdoctoral fellow in the fall of 2022 and will work on Pb2+ sensing colloides.
